Manchester Hosts Schools Referendum Meeting

Chesterfield County and Chesterfield County Public Schools will hold a joint meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, September 17, in the Manchester High School Auditorium to discuss the proposed 1% sales tax referendum on the November 3 ballot. Staff will provide an overview of the measure and explain the school projects identified for potential funding. Residents can attend to ask questions and hear from county and school representatives. The meeting is one of several district-based sessions scheduled throughout September to provide information before the election.
