West Covina residents can use the city's free paper shredding drive-through event from 9:00 a.m. to noon Saturday, September 12, at the Cortez Park Community and Senior Center, 2501 E. Cortez St. Residents may bring up to four small boxes measuring 11 by 11 inches for shredding. The event will continue until noon or until the shredding truck is full, whichever comes first.
