Youth Careers Event Connects With Attractions

Calgary youth ages 15 to 24 can attend Careers in Calgary Attractions on Friday, September 25, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. The in-person event connects job seekers with representatives from the Wilder Institute and Calgary Zoo, Heritage Park, and other local attractions preparing for seasonal hiring. The City says space is limited, and interested youth should visit the Youth Employment Centre to express interest in attending. The event offers Legacy youth a practical way to ask employers about seasonal work, qualifications, and career paths before applying.
