Rockland Street Sidewalk Work Continues

Concrete sidewalk work is scheduled to continue on Rockland Street beginning September 10, according to the Town of Narragansett's roadwork notice. Vinagro Materials' concrete crew began forming sidewalks earlier in the week, with concrete pours planned for Thursday, September 10, Friday, September 11, and into the following week. The town says the work is weather dependent. People who live on or travel along Rockland Street should expect an active construction area and possible delays while the sidewalk work proceeds.
