Young Riders Can Join Bike Rodeo

The Bike Rodeo and Skills Course for Young Riders is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Jeff Seymour Family Center, 10900 Mulhall St. in El Monte. The course will use rotating stations to teach turning, signaling, scanning, braking, and safe riding skills.
