Neighborhood Grant Applications Close Monday

Tamarac neighborhood and homeowners associations have until Monday, September 14, to apply for the city's Neighborhood Partnership Program. Grants of up to $4,999 can support visible improvements such as neighborhood signs, landscaping, street trees, lighting, benches, tables, and small outdoor fitness equipment. Applicants must be registered with the city, meet organizational requirements, and provide at least a 50 percent match through cash or resident volunteer work. The city says projects must benefit the broader neighborhood and be visible to the public.
