Shoreline Health Program Serves Children
Oak Island Parks and Recreation will offer Coastal Environments and Shoreline Health sessions Monday, September 14, at the Oak Island Ocean Education Center. The educational program is designed for children ages 6 through 12 and will cover local coastal environments and shoreline health. Day and evening sessions are listed, with registration required. Resident pricing is $10 and nonresident pricing is $12. Parents may watch and assist, but the program is not a drop-off activity and only the participating student should be registered. The Ocean Education Center is in Oak Island.
