Family Yoga Returns To KGCA

KGCA's Rainbow Kids Yoga Family Class begins Tuesday, September 15, at the Killarney-Glengarry Community Hall, 2828 28 Street SW. The class runs from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through December 15, with no class on September 29. It is designed for children ages 5 to 11 and their grown-ups, with movement, games, mindfulness and partner activities. The association lists 13-class passes at $130 for adults and $65 for children, and says at least 12 participants are needed.
