College Plans Service Day Walk

Moorpark College will hold a Student Day of Service and Walking Tour on September 16 beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the upper-campus quad at 7075 Campus Road. Student volunteers will assemble care packages for For The Troops, supporting U.S. military members serving overseas. A commemorative walk begins at 11:00 a.m. in front of the Campus Center and follows a self-guided 1.1-mile route across campus. Students interested in the service project must use the registration instructions provided by the college. The walking route will remain available for about one week afterward.
