Residents Can Join Coastal Cleanup

The City of Thousand Oaks will host its Coastal Cleanup Day activity on September 19 from 9 a.m. to noon at Borchard Community Park in Newbury Park. Volunteers will help clean a local habitat as part of the statewide Coastal Cleanup Day effort. The event is open to residents and families who want to take part in the morning service project. The meeting location is 190 Reino Road. Participants should plan to arrive for the 9 a.m. start and follow instructions provided at the park.
