Gullah Geechee Readings Return September 16

Brookgreen Gardens will present a second September session of Gullah Geechee Seasons, Secrets, and Signs from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, in the Ron Daise Auditorium. Ron Daise's readings focus on Carolina Gold rice production, family and community stories, and cultural signs connected with dreams and prayers. The program is free with registration for members and available to nonmembers with garden admission and registration. Brookgreen Gardens is at 1931 Brookgreen Drive in Murrells Inlet.
