Town Hosts Homeowners Cleanup Day

The Town of Oyster Bay's Homeowners Cleanup Program returns Sunday, September 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Solid Waste Disposal Complex, 101 Bethpage-Sweet Hollow Road in Old Bethpage. The program is for Town residents and accepts non-hazardous materials including tires, concrete, tree stumps, sheetrock, yard waste, large metal items, boats, trailers and motorcycles. Proof of residency is required. Paper shredding is available, limited to three banker-size boxes per resident, and vehicles with more than four wheels are not permitted.
