Maple Hill Park Seeks Playground Ideas

Pender County Parks and Recreation will hold a drop-in public engagement session Thursday, September 17, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Maple Hill Volunteer Fire Department, 115 Old Maple Hill Road North in Maple Hill. Residents can share ideas for the planned Maple Hill Community Park playground, including features, accessibility, play elements, and other amenities. County officials say the feedback will help guide the design and possible future park improvements. Community members may stop by at any point during the two-hour session.
