Pender High Car Show Rescheduled

Pender High School's second annual car show is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, at the school, 5380 NC Highway 53 West in Burgaw. The event was postponed from August 22 because of weather. All years and makes of vehicles are welcome, and registration is listed from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. with a $20 fee. Food vendors and raffle prizes are planned, and proceeds will benefit the Pender High School Alumni Scholarship Fund. Questions may be directed to Tina Welborn at 910-663-5570.
