Sanford Council Meets September 15

Sanford City Council will hold its regular meeting at 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 15, in City Council Chambers at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street. Public hearings are typically held during this meeting and begin at 6 p.m. when scheduled. Residents who want to speak at a public hearing must register outside Council Chambers between 5 and 5:50 p.m. The city also says agendas are published before meetings through its Agenda Center. The meeting gives residents an opportunity to follow municipal decisions and any scheduled public hearing matters affecting Sanford.
