Neuro Tai Chi Starts At KGCA

KGCA's fall Neuro Tai Chi session starts Thursday, September 10, at the Killarney-Glengarry Community Hall, 2828 28 Street SW. The all-ages class runs from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. and is scheduled Thursdays through December 17. The community association lists a 15-class pass at $180 and says at least 12 participants are needed for the class to run. The program blends Tai Chi principles with coordination, breathing and mindful movement, and is presented as accessible to people at different fitness levels.
