County Offers Voter Education Session

The Lake County Board of Elections and Registration will offer Behind the Ballot: Are You Ready to Vote? on Thursday, September 10, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. The session is available by Zoom and in person at Indiana University Northwest's Center for Urban and Regional Excellence. Director Michelle Fajman is scheduled to cover registration, voting steps, early and absentee voting, new laws, ballot security, and county election services. The county asks participants to RSVP by calling 219-980-6978 or using the event registration link.
