Third Friday Donation Event Returns

Tacoma's Beyond the Bin Community Donation Event returns Friday, September 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Tacoma Recovery & Transfer Center, 3510 S. Mullen Street. The third-Friday event partners with Northwest Center and accepts clothing and small household goods listed by the partner. Items are taken first come, first served, and the event may close when collection trucks are full. Oversized, damaged, contaminated, hazardous, or otherwise non-accepted items will not be taken. Residents should review the current accepted-items list before bringing donations.
