Downtown Renovation Plan Gets Neighborhood Review

A third neighborhood meeting for the proposed 512 N Wilcox Street renovation is scheduled for 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, September 21, at The Move building, 202 6th Street, Suite 401. The applicant will present final plans for a proposed Downtown Site Development Plan involving facade changes and interior improvements to the existing structure at 512 N Wilcox Street. The meeting is in person only and gives residents an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback before the plans are presented to the Design Review Board.
