Regional Transportation Comment Period Ends Friday

The Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization is accepting public comments on Administrative Modification #26-6 to the adopted 2026-2035 State/MPO Transportation Improvement Programs until 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 25. Navassa is within the WMPO planning area, so residents can review the proposed change and send comments by email to wmpo@wilmingtonnc.gov or by mail to Wilmington Urban Area MPO, P.O. Box 1810, Wilmington, NC 28402-1810. The public review document is available through the WMPO announcement page, and printed copies are available at 525 N. Fourth Street in Wilmington.
