Rabies Clinic Offers Low Cost Vaccinations

Chesterfield Animal Services and the Chesterfield Health Department will hold a rabies vaccination clinic from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, September 26, at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds, 10300 Courthouse Road. The clinic is open to residents and nonresidents, and registration is not required. The vaccination fee is $10 in cash. Lifetime dog licenses will also be available onsite for an additional $10 cash fee. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be crated. Residents should bring pets prepared for those requirements and plan to pay with cash.
