Creek Week Cleanup Registration Is Open

The 11th annual Creek Week cleanup is scheduled for September 23 through October 4, with registration open to the public. Individuals, families, schools, clubs and neighborhood groups can form a Creek Crew and help collect litter along a creek, trail, park or open space in the Fountain Creek Watershed. Participants can also tell organizers where they need trash bags picked up. The watershed-wide effort is intended to reduce debris that can clog drainage systems, affect wildlife and water quality, and damage the appearance of local waterways.
