Exposition Moline Closures Begin Thursday

Both directions of Exposition Avenue between Peoria and Havana streets and both directions of Moline Street between Alameda and Mississippi avenues will be fully closed around the clock from Thursday, September 17, through Sunday, September 20. The City of Aurora says the closures are needed for a city water project installing new utilities. Drivers using Exposition should use Mississippi between Havana and Peoria. Drivers using Moline should use Peoria between Alameda and Mississippi. The closures affect two connected areas in central Aurora during the four-day work period.
