Evans Terrace Comments Due Sunday

Written comments on the environmental review record for the proposed Evans Terrace project are due Sunday, September 20, 2026. The City of Aurora says the planned project at 14383 E. Evans Drive would use $500,000 in city HOME funds toward a four-story building with 50 affordable units for adults age 55 and older. Comments may be sent to Sarah Carroll in the city's Community Development Division before the deadline. The city plans to request release of HOME funds from HUD on or about September 21, subject to the required review process.
